“Creating a pleasant work environment is what I do.”

Creating a pleasant work environment is what I do. The people at Lienesch have to be able to do what they’re good at. If problems or complaints arise, I make sure they’re resolved. Not resolving issues jeopardises the work atmosphere. And a good atmosphere is extremely important for ensuring a meticulous and pleasant work environment. People work hard at Lienesch, but there’s also room for humour.

I’m a hard worker. If I see something that could be improved in terms of quality or facilities, I make it my job to fix it. I feel responsible for the overall quality at Lienesch; the quality of the products and the quality of the people. My primary task is prevention, but I also have to deal with unexpected challenges from time to time. When that happens, I look for solutions. My work may involve writing a safety plan one minute and coordinating maintenance and repairs the next. It’s all part of the job.
I see problems and complaints as challenges to overcome. This is an important quality in my line of work. Most problems aren’t planned, they just happen, which means you have to be able to act quickly. This is easy at Lienesch because you have the freedom to take the necessary measures. Just leave it to me and I’ll make sure you go to work with a smile on your face.
